Valley Orgasm is about establishing a safe foundation with your own sexual energy and harnessing its power. Now that I’ve mastered this, I can truly connect with someone else without overstepping my own boundaries.

When I started training, I noticed that I began to relax and open up slowly and subtly on a very deep level. It felt as if each of my cells let out a sigh of relief. My entire body began to flow again.

I’ve become much softer and gentler with myself. I can recognize when I’m out of balance and quickly find my way back. A sort of guiding thread has emerged in my life: training my own energy. By staying connected to my pelvis, I find my breath and recharge.
